THIS IS IT!! It is your time to create a yoga practice. Join founder of Vital Tree Yoga, Laurie Rinard for a 4 part beginners session. In the How to Yoga Series the concept and poses of yoga will be broken down into easy to digest sections. This is also a great opportunity to gain additional, possibly new found practices if you are a current student. Don't miss out on the beginning of something good!!!

She is a recent graduate of our collaborative Yoga Teacher Training with Evolution Power Yoga. In addition Serena completed Barre Training with Move-It Studio in 2014 and has 20 plus years of ballet experience. We are so excited to have this radiant soul join our team!
